Knuckeys is seeking a Sales Representative / Spare Parts Interpreter to assist in growing our sales and providing first-class support to our valued customers. You’ll help qualify and connect with new clients, while also ensuring existing customers get the right parts, service, and support to keep their machinery operating at its best.

This role combines sales development with spare parts interpretation, ensuring customers receive the right product advice and the right parts support before, during, and after the sale.
You’ll help us:
✅ Identify and qualify the right customers who will truly benefit from our products.
✅ Educate prospects on how upgrading equipment or processes can improve their efficiency.
✅ Support existing customers with parts interpretation, quoting, and service coordination.
✅ Build long-term relationships based on trust, expertise, and reliability.
🎯 Sales & Customer Development – Engage new and existing customers via phone, email, and in-person visits. Qualify needs, provide product advice, and assist with sales opportunities.
🎯 Spare Parts Interpretation – Identify and supply correct parts for agricultural and industrial machinery using drawings, part lists, and customer information.
🎯 Inbound & Outbound Sales – Respond to warm leads from our website, referrals, and events, as well as reach out to new potential clients through calls and networking.
🎯 Customer Relationship Management – Maintain accurate records of conversations, quotes, and customer preferences.
🎯 After-Sales Support – Follow up on recent machine deliveries, ensure satisfaction, and help maintain customer loyalty through ongoing service.
🎯 Product Promotion – Assist with trade shows, demonstrations, and showcasing new equipment releases.
✔ You understand agriculture and machinery – and can speak confidently with farmers and business owners.
✔ You’re an excellent communicator who can engage, qualify, and advise customers clearly and professionally.
✔ You’re proactive and organised – comfortable managing quotes, calls, and follow-ups efficiently.
✔ You value relationships and long-term partnerships over quick wins.
✔ You have 2+ years of sales, spare parts, or customer service experience (agriculture or manufacturing preferred).
✔ You’re confident with computers and can learn internal systems for CRM and parts lookup.
